As a therapist, I work in private space offering therapy to clients of all different backgrounds, class, gender, sexual orientation, race, and individuals with a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety and depression, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, survivors of abuse, bereavement and relationship difficulties.

I am a fully qualified BACP registered counsellor. I have extensive experience, being able to work and support people with different backgrounds looking to make changes within their life. I work to adhere to the BACP standards of work within my practice.

I am available for online counselling sessions plus one to ones in-person. This includes relationship counselling online, online psychotherapy and online anxiety help.
